This land was later to become Arlington Estate, Cardinal's flagship project.

Founded in 1980, Smart Building Solutions have been actively involved in residential construction in Zimbabwe, most notably within the mining, education and health care sectors. WE Contruction
Formed in 2009, WE Construction is based in Victoria Falls, and has to date completed several diverse projects ranging from offices, warehouses, residential homes and most recently the renovation of luxury lodges in Hwange National Park sleeping 80 pax.
